研究领域和现状
1)大分子(生物大分子)微观动力学
通过原位监测大分子(生物大分子)在不同尺度下的动力学信息。建立大分子在不同状态下旋转相关时间(τc)与结构之间的关系,为从分子(链段)尺度来准确探究大分子的微观动力学变化及后续的使役行为提供有效的实验手段及理论支持。

2)高分子老化及抗老化机制
通过探明高分子材料在一系列不同服役条件下的结构演化、性能衰减规律及老化微观机理。提出老化和降解机理,预测材料的使用寿命,并为设计新型抗老化的高分子新材料奠定理论和技术基础。

成果评述
从不同维度来探究大分子(包括生物大分子和合成高分子)结构与性能/功能之间的关系,取得的创新性成果如下:(1)结合电子顺磁共振(EPR)波谱和位置定点自旋标记(SDSL)技术探明受限于复杂的纳米尺度材料表面及孔道内部的生物大分子运动及取向信息与生物催化活性的关系;(2)采用EPR跟踪SDSL生物大分子和合成高分子的动力学,揭示其结构演化过程;(3)调控多孔高分子材料网络结构和孔壁表面的组成得到亲疏水可调的聚乙烯醇基多孔材料,赋予材料优异的宏观吸收/吸附/响应性能。截止目前,申请人以通讯/第一作者发表SCI论文总计30篇,以第一发明人获授权中国发明专利5项。
近五年来,以通讯/第一作者发表论文24篇,包括J. Am. Chem. Soc.(1篇)、Chem(1篇)、Chem Catalysis(2篇)、Cell Rep. Phys. Sci.(1篇)、Green Chem.(1篇)、ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces(9篇)、Nanoscale(2篇)等,并应邀撰写书籍一章。
